林岳、王修复课题组:双配体钝化红光钙钛矿墨水EHD打印色调度层阵列(2540 dpi)用于micro-LED近眼清楚【TPLS-019】ハード踏み拷問金蹴りマラ潰し処刑 JUN女王様

一、效力简介

       红色钙钛矿纳米晶体的踏实性不及仍然是制约其图案化诳骗的重要问题。本文引入正十二硫醇和卵磷脂双配体钝化政策来踏实CsPbBrI2纳米晶体,禁绝其在高压EHD喷墨打印经过中的卤素离子搬动。与原始油酸油胺配体和单一正十二硫醇或卵磷脂配体钝化的样品比较,双配体钝化的CsPbBrI2纳米晶体墨水EHD打印的红色阵列具有最高的PL强度、最小的PL峰值波长蓝移、最优的环境踏实性和耐紫外光放射踏实性,最小像素尺寸为5 μm,最高打印差别率达到2540 dpi,红光阵列色坐标位于(0.687,0.313),色纯度达到99.9%。聚集蓝色和绿色钙钛矿纳米晶体墨水,在玄色光刻胶模板上得手打印红绿蓝单色和全彩化色调度层阵列,色域达到Rec.2020的97.28%。

      本文的第一作家为厦门大学电子学院博士生杨晓和王修复助理锤真金不怕火,通信作家为林岳副锤真金不怕火和陈忠锤真金不怕火。
